Our Focus

We serve small business clients on Boston's South Shore who use PC technology in a manner crucial to their business yet can't afford the costs of permanent IT staff.

Our focus is installing and supporting computer networks based on Microsoft's Small Business Server (SBS) coupled with Microsoft Windows productivity PC's, notebooks and Windows Mobile wireless devices. The SBS platform offers a staggering array of features to small business that are usually enjoyed only by large companies with large IT budgets. If your business has at least 3 but no more than 20 PC's, Harbor IT and the SBS platform could make an excellent business partner.

We don't sell technology products and we're not about pure consulting either. Our value proposition is our time investment researching the ocean of hardware, software and 3rd party services available for SBS and narrowing the field to the few name-brand options that best compliment your size business. Secondly, we couple those products with affordable service offerings delivered by seasoned, local IT professionals with small business acumen.

The bottom line is productivity return from a modest investment in each of your company's information workers. That return, we know, is only realized when your computers work continually and you sleep soundly with the knowledge your computer information is kept private and protected.
